Pourtant, des analyses techniques r\u00e9centes r\u00e9v\u00e8lent des diff\u00e9rences nettes entre les syst\u00e8mes modernes \u00e0 haute ventilation et les anciennes \u201e chambres mortes \u201c qui fonctionnent avec un renouvellement d'air minimal, voire nul.<br><br>Cet article explique, sur une base scientifique, pourquoi&nbsp;<strong>Hyperventilation<\/strong>&nbsp;un facteur d\u00e9cisif pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9 est \u2013 et pourquoi&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtr-ag.ch\/Longevity-de\/hyperbaric-oxygen-de.html\/\">Technologies Oxyhelp<\/a>&nbsp;fixer de nouvelles normes ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Ce qui ne va pas dans de nombreux caissons hyperbares : le probl\u00e8me des \"Dead Chambers\" (chambres mortes)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une grande partie des caissons de compression disponibles sur le march\u00e9 fonctionne selon un principe obsol\u00e8te :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e8s que la pression est atteinte, la ventilation est coup\u00e9e.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces pr\u00e9tendues chambres mortes semblent de prime abord rentables, mais elles g\u00e9n\u00e8rent plusieurs risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui ne sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 plus acceptables dans les normes modernes de l'OHB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1 CO<sub>2<\/sub>Augmentation due au manque de renouvellement d'air<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque personne produit environ.&nbsp;<strong>200 ml de CO\u2082 par minute<\/strong>.<br>Sans un apport d'air frais continu et suffisant, la valeur de CO\u2082 dans le caisson hyperbare augmente de mani\u00e8re inaper\u00e7ue. Conform\u00e9ment au code de bonne conduite europ\u00e9en pour l'OHB, le CO<sub>2<\/sub>-La teneur ne doit toutefois pas d\u00e9passer 0,5 % (5 000 ppm).<br><br>Cons\u00e9quences imm\u00e9diates d'un taux de CO2 trop \u00e9lev\u00e9<sub>2<\/sub>-teneur dans l'air inspir\u00e9 sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maux de t\u00eate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fatigue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sensation de lourdeur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tourdissement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baisse de performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le CO\u2082 est inodore, de sorte que les r\u00e9actions physiques ne se manifestent que tardivement. Au moment o\u00f9 la propre capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9action est d\u00e9j\u00e0 alt\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2 Zones \u00e0 risque li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#x27;oxyg\u00e8ne sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 23,5 %<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'oxyg\u00e8ne ne doit pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans des espaces clos \u2013 en particulier sous pression \u2013 au-del\u00e0 de&nbsp;<strong>23&nbsp;<\/strong>Bis<strong>&nbsp;23,5 %<\/strong>&nbsp;augmenter. C'est la limite \u00e0 partir de laquelle une atmosph\u00e8re est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme&nbsp;<strong>enrichi en oxyg\u00e8ne<\/strong>&nbsp;et<strong>&nbsp;classifi\u00e9 comme extr\u00eamement dangereux<\/strong>&nbsp;devient.<br><br>Une petite fuite d'un masque \u00e0 oxyg\u00e8ne suffit pour cr\u00e9er des points chauds d'O\u2082 dangereux dans des compartiments mal ventil\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.3 Le port obligatoire du masque (BIBS) ne r\u00e9sout pas le probl\u00e8me<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En raison de la ventilation r\u00e9duite, les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 espace mort obligent les patients \u00e0 inhaler de l'O\u2082 par&nbsp;<strong>Masques BIBS<\/strong>&nbsp;de respirer. Mais les masques BIBS ont un grand inconv\u00e9nient : <strong>espace mort m\u00e9canique<\/strong>.<br>Un masque BIBS pr\u00e9sente un espace mort m\u00e9canique et des retards au niveau des valves, ce qui emp\u00eache un renouvellement complet de l&#x27;air. Si, par exemple, une valve pr\u00e9sente un retard de 1,5 seconde, environ 37% de l&#x27;air qui vient d&#x27;\u00eatre expir\u00e9 est r\u00e9inhal\u00e9. L&#x27;apport d&#x27;air n&#x27;est plus optimal et le taux de CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Le taux de fer dans le corps peut d\u00e9passer ses valeurs de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.
